- Identify and Define Roles:Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define the requirements for open positions.
- Create Job Descriptions:Develop clear and compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills, knowledge, and abilities needed for the role.
- Post and Promote Openings:Create and publish job postings on various platforms, including online job boards and social media, to attract a wide pool of qualified candidates.
- Source Candidates:Implement effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, utilizing various channels to identify and attract suitable applicants.
- Screen and Assess Applicants:Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage Candidate Communication:Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed of their application status and providing a positive experience.
- Coordinate Interviews:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or other interview panels.
- Facilitate Offers:Manage the negotiation and offer process, including background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
- Onboard New Hires:Organize and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into their new role and the company culture.
- Maintain Records and Metrics:Keep candidate databases up-to-date and track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Ensure Compliance:Stay informed and ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
