The Grocery Team Leader oversees daily operations, manages inventory, and leads a team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train grocery associates.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
  • Maintain compliance with store policies and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous grocery or retail experience (supervisory preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift/move products and work flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
