Role Overview:
As our International Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business through outreach, cold calling, cold emailing, and leveraging lead generation portals like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and Fiverr. You'll also manage bidding platforms such as Guru and PeoplePerHour, and engage in end-to-end client communication. You must be ready to handle calls across flexible time zones and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Sales: Drive business through cold calls, cold emails, outreach, and networking. Utilize platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and others to generate leads.
- Client Communication: Manage end-to-end client conversations, ensuring all technical requirements are understood and addressed. Be available for calls across flexible time zones to maintain seamless communication.
- Bid Management: Handle the bidding process on portals like Guru, PeoplePerHour, and others, ensuring timely submissions and winning bids.
- Technical Understanding: Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction from start to finish.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and deliver regular updates to senior management.
- Experience: 3+ years in IT services sales, with expertise in lead generation, client communication, and bidding on relevant platforms.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and using lead generation and bidding platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle end-to-end client conversations and manage relationships.
- Flexible Time Zone Availability: Ability to handle calls and manage clients across different time zones, ensuring timely communication.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects from initial contact through to successful delivery.
