Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom and understand their requirements.
• Explain features, specifications, and benefits of various bike models (motorcycles/scooters).
• Conduct test rides where applicable and assist with documentation.
• Provide detailed information on financing, insurance, warranties, and other value-added services.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing prospects to close sales.
• Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge.
• Keep track of inventory and coordinate with the stock and delivery teams.
• Process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer queries or concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
