Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic HR Intern to assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. The role offers practical exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and interview coordination
  • Assist in onboarding and maintaining HR records
  • Help with employee engagement and HR admin tasks
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation

Requirements:

  • MBA/BBA (HR) student or graduate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office

Note: Exceptional interns will be offered a full-time position based on performance.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6, ₹8,000.00 per month
