Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate (Healthcare Insurance), located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Associate will handle daily responsibilities that include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns related to healthcare insurance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. The role involves effective communication via phone, email, and other channels to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of Phone Etiquette and Customer Interaction best practices
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening skills, and empathy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
