About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a fresher, you will work closely with senior designers and product teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, problem-solving, and creating seamless user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups
  • Support the design team in developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces
  • Conduct basic user research and gather feedback to improve the user experience
  • Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to understand requirements
  • Maintain design consistency through adherence to design guidelines and style standards
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
  • Prepare design assets for development and ensure accuracy during implementation

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator
  • Good sense of visual design, typography, layout, and color theory
  • Ability to create simple wireframes and prototypes
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Internship experience in UI/UX (optional but preferred)
  • Understanding of responsive design and basic HTML/CSS (added advantage)
