A leading provider of ready-to-eat food packets, catering to retail shops and customers. We are looking for a motivated B2C Calling Executive to join our growing team and help drive direct customer sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing B2C customers.
  • Present and promote Eat Easy's ready-to-eat products effectively.
  • Build relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions.
  • Handle objections with excellent convincing skills and close deals confidently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and suggesting the right products.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the database.
  • Use technology tools and systems efficiently to manage customer data and sales tracking.
  • Create and manage sales reports using Excel to track progress and performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and customers to drive conversions.
  • Stay organized by managing and updating internal systems regularly.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kutchi and Gujarati (essential).
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell and achieve targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Convincing Power: Ability to overcome objections and persuade customers to buy.
  • Tech-Savvy: Must know how to use technology tools and be proficient in Excel.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing systems and processes efficiently.
  • Follow-Up Expertise: Adept at timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales or telecalling is preferred, but freshers with excellent skills are welcome.
  • Attitude: Positive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai, India,

Timings: 10am - 7pm, Mondays to Saturdays

Fluent in Kutchi and Gujarati is essential - reason being our b2c executive fields calls from gujju and kutchi ladies who inquire for theirselves/ kids going abroad for travel to take our ready to eat food packets.

Candidate should be from within 30 mins radius of mulund in central line,
