Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and/or outbound calling processes. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries professionally, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, or alternatives.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts and call-flow guidelines when handling different topics.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to the appropriate department.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets, quality standards, and service-level metrics.
  • Provide product/service information to customers clearly and effectively.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through active listening.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [language required].
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
