Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and APIs.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and flows to support business processes.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, and code reviews.
  • Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

  • Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and development work

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Apex classes, triggers, test classes
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk)
  • SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits management
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builder, flow).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
