**Job Summary**

**Duties**

- Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures to ensure adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with project management teams to develop accurate project timelines and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices for materials and services.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, verify quantities, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including forecasts of future costs based on current project status.
- Assist in resolving any disputes related to costs or contracts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
