**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Niyoin Coders’s services.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information about our services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain records of calls and interactions.
- Answer customer questions and provide basic information about our offerings.
- Meet or exceed daily call targets and contribute to team goals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing assistance.

**Requirements**:

- No formal education required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to use a computer and navigate basic software.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Office timing** - 10 am to 7 pm
