- Responsibilities_

- _Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists and recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure recruitment goals are met._
- _Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the clients staffing needs._
- _Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that job descriptions are aligned with organizational goals._
- _Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies._
- _Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide reports to senior management to identify areas of improvement._
- _Promote the client as an employer of choice by participating in job fairs, networking events, and social media outreach to increase brand awareness._
- _Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency._
- _Ensure smooth transition for new hires by overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and helping with initial orientation._
- _Champion the department’s process improvement efforts to drive efficiency and accuracy with a focus on ensuring strong controls are in place_
- _Manage, direct, and develop assigned personnel, to ensure team and individual expectations are achieved. Responsible for priority setting and hiring. Ensures staff is trained in departmental processes and procedures to meet goals and expectations._
- _Provide a data driven understanding of the job market to influence internal stakeholders and advance best-in-class strategies that elevate our recruitment processes._
- _Drive proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies identifying optimal markets and talent opportunities._
- _Optimize resource utilization in response to business needs._
- _Report and analyze operational metrics inclusive of ensuring all service level agreements are upheld within regional teams._
- _Partner with IT to ensure new functionality, system updates, year-end acquisitions, etc. are handled in the efficient, structured environment with thorough testing and quality assurance to minimize the impact of the production environment._
- _Provides supervision, review of work product, and coaching of direct reports as it relates to performance and developmental goals and appraises their performance throughout the year._

- _Execute all operational processes, and associated documentation, that support the hiring process, ensuring standardized processes and procedures are followed to meet or exceed all Service Level Agreements (SLAs)._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_

- _Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)._
- _Relevant years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role._
- _Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)._
- _Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization._
- _Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment._
- _Experience in data analysis and using recruitment metrics to drive improvements._
- _Proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Excel_
- _Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills_
- _Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships_
- _Ability to manage and influence the diverse set of stakeholders_
- _Must be attentive to detail and accuracy and committed to excellence and quality._
- _Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills required._
