Job Title: UI/UX Designer

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

2. Conduct user research to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.

3. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

4. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.

5. Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

7. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.

8. Conduct usability testing to gather insights and refine designs accordingly.

9. Communicate design decisions effectively and advocate for user-centered design principles.

10. Stay abreast of evolving design tools and techniques to enhance productivity and creativity.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.

2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

4. Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical problem-solving.

7. Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.

8. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
