**Job Summary**:
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site civil works to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. This role involves supervising site activities, managing manpower, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintaining communication between the site and project management teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Allocate tasks and manage labor, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
- Check levels, layouts, and alignment for civil structures.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality control.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and report any delays or issues.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and design discrepancies at the site.
- Ready to travel pan India As & When needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in site supervision (industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects).
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and project specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in civil construction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
