- Excellent understanding of P2P process and its various controls
- Achieve highly efficient P2P standards within Advanta
- Understand (and develops) business processes
- Knowledge of Purchase order creation/modification.
- Establishes operational vendor relations, identifies and resolves vendor conflicts.
- Expert with Creation of goods/service receipt in a timely manner.
- Protect against service interruptions ensuring on time delivery.
- Ensure vendor payments are processed on time
- Resolving PO - Invoice and other Procurement related discrepancies.
- Co-ordinate with responsible purchase organization in order to clarify issues.
- Collaborate with both operational teams, Advanta businesses and vendors to ensure smooth flow of information and quick resolutions.
- Adherence to SC processes, guidelines
- Monitor process quality and ensure compliance with Internal Controls to achieve audit standards.
- Ability to work as individual and team contributor
- Demonstrates strong service delivery focus.

**Required Skills**:

- 5-8 years of experience within the P2P role
- Good understanding of commercial terms
- Procurement to Pay Process Knowledge
- Proficiency in ERP - SAP
- Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, etc.
- Sensitive to customer queries and operational timeline.
