Advanced Math Teacher

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics concepts to Grade IV & V students using **innovative, activity-based, and student-friendly methods**.
- Develop and deliver a **structured program** to prepare students for **Math Olympiads** (IMO, SASMO, etc.) and **Navodaya Entrance Level Tests**.
- Identify talented students early and provide **additional enrichment classes**.
- Design **worksheets, practice tests, and mock exams** aligned with Olympiad and Navodaya exam standards.
- Integrate **critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills** into lessons.
- Use English fluently and effectively as the **medium of communication** in the classroom.
- Maintain student performance records, analyze results, and provide **feedback to students and parents**.
- Participate in **school academic planning, training workshops, and faculty development programs**.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics / Education.
- **Recent success in DSC (District Selection Committee) and TET (Teacher Eligibility Test)** with high marks.
- Proven ability to make Mathematics **interesting, enjoyable, and popular** among young learners.
- Strong **command over English communication** (spoken & written).
- Experience in training students for **competitive exams / Olympiads** preferred.
- Excellent classroom management and **student motivation skills**.
