**Job Summary**:
We're in search of a driven Sales and Marketing Intern to bolster our sales and marketing teams, spearheading growth initiatives and amplifying our market presence. This position provides invaluable hands-on experience within the EdTech industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze emerging trends.
- Assist in crafting customer profiles and competitor assessments.

2. **Sales Support**:

- Generate leads and maintain CRM systems for streamlined communication.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals.

3. **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Craft engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful reports.

4. **Customer Engagement**:

- Actively promote our products through various channels to drive engagement.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support during events.

5. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of efforts.
- Offer creative input and uphold consistent brand messaging.

6. **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to budget tracking efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (especially in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field).
- Strong passion for the EdTech and education sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM and analytics tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
