**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (8 years) working as a business analyst or technical consultant in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.G., SQL, Tableau) is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.G., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in business analysis (e.G., CBAP) or project management (e.G., PMP) is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Technical Analysis: Assess the feasibility of business requirements from a technical standpoint, identifying potential technical solutions and constraints.
- System Design: Work closely with technical teams to design systems and solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural standards.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, system designs, and technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and validation of technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
