**Job Background/Context**: Citi’s Global Functions Technology is engaged in Application/ platform development, production support and architecture and engineering. The organization is engaged in functional areas such as, financial risk, Compliance, GRC and several Finance functions such as liquidity, treasury management, product control end to end accounting and reporting. WE are on a multi-year transformation journey around the elements of talent and culture, enhanced risk and controls, technology platform integration and containerization etc. Job Purpose CSC Business Unit Coordinator **Key Responsibilities**: Organize and schedule appointments Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Update and maintain office policies, floor plans and procedures Order and distribute office supplies Assist in On Boarding and Off Boarding Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile reports related to recruitment Provide general support to visitors Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Provide all support for BU related activities **Requirements**: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task **Qualifications**: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, HR specialized training or equivalent work experience. Further related qualifications, certifications, etc. would be an advantage so as to demonstrate continuous learning within field.
