**Data Entry and Recordkeeping**:Assist in accurately recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, expenses, and payments, into accounting software or spreadsheets. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and files. **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:Help process invoices, verify receipts, and prepare payments to vendors (accounts payable). Assist in tracking customer payments, generating invoices, and recording receipts (accounts receivable). **Bank Reconciliation**:Support bank statement reconciliations by comparing financial records with bank statements to identify and rectify discrepancies. **Expense Tracking and Reporting**:Collaborate with the team to categorize and track expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and budgetary guidelines. Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. **Assisting with Audits**: - Participate in internal and external audits by compiling required documents, assisting in audit trail preparation, and addressing auditor queries. **Qualifications**: - Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or recently graduated). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record maintenance. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. - Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic accounting environment. **Duration**:[Specify duration of internship, e.g., "3-month full-time internship with the possibility of extension"] **Job Types**: Fresher, Internship **Salary**: ₹8,782.19 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 81969 65501
