Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media marketing plans to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and traffic goals.
- Create, curate, and manage compelling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Utilize basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing and consistent social media posts using tools.
- Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and industry developments to continuously optimize strategies.
- Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Google Adwords, Ads manager, etc.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to improve strategies.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts for personal or professional use is a plus.
