- Qualification : B-Tech/Diploma/ITI/Certification holder
- Experience in site administration of construction company.
- Processes and tracks Submittals to owner, contact subs for items to be submitted.
- Processes and tracks formal correspondence with Clients and Subcontractors
- Assist Contract Administrators and Project Engineers with job-site compliance tracking
- Procedure implementation as per company requirement.
- Process & record all invoices for payment
- Follow up payment,.
- Request for information - follow up with owner response to sub requesting information
- Cost out all Extra Work Orders, and work with owner for agreed payments
- Review Pay Estimate for accuracy
- Order Materials.
- Track all materials purchases and services for the project
- Assists Safety Department with inventory maintenance.
- Daily quantity review & approval
- Daily report to MD & PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edapally, Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
