**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and lead the implementation of long-term educational strategies that enhance the quality of teaching, curriculum design, and student engagement.
- **Curriculum Development**: Work closely with academic departments to design and update curricula that are relevant, forward-thinking, and aligned with institutional objectives and industry standards.
- **Research & Analysis**: Stay current with research on educational trends, pedagogical approaches, and emerging technologies. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of educational strategies and recommend improvements.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with educators, administrators, and external stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities in educational delivery and to implement strategic solutions.
- **Professional Development**: Design and oversee professional development initiatives for educators to support continuous improvement in teaching practices and instructional methodologies.
- **Innovation in Education**: Lead the exploration and integration of innovative educational models, such as blended learning, project-based learning, and personalized instruction.
- **Student Success Initiatives**: Develop strategies that promote student retention, engagement, and academic success, particularly through data-driven interventions and support services.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Present strategic plans and progress reports to senior leadership, educators, and community partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Doctorate preferred.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in education, with a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational strategy.

**Skills**:

- Deep understanding of educational theory and curriculum development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement large-scale educational projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret educational data.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
