**Job Description: Graphic Designer Specializing in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Print Production**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong specialization in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and print production to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print mediums while ensuring the highest quality output in the production process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Creativity**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and unique design concepts that align with client or company objectives.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiently to create, edit, and enhance graphics and visual elements for various projects.
- **Print Production**:

- Prepare designs for print production, including setting up files with proper bleeds, color modes, and resolutions to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with print vendors to ensure smooth production processes and deliver print-ready files on time.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all design projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand image and messaging.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to gather design requirements and feedback.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, alignment, and visual appeal before finalizing and sending for production.
- Proofread content to identify and correct any typographical errors or inconsistencies.
- **Creativity and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in print production processes, including file setup, color management, and pre-press requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics, composition, and typography.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of other design software and video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design principles and digital graphics is beneficial.
