**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers.
- Maintain and update vendor databases.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- **Procurement Process**:

- Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any order-related issues.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and performance.
- Assist in the implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:

- Participate in procurement-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide support to other members of the procurement team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **0-2 years of experience in a procurement or related role.**
