OSS - Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

- Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines.
- Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.
- Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures.
- Ensures tickets are always updated until issues are resolved.
- Communicates with client regarding incident progress.
- Knowledge on ServiceNow.
- Provides second-line investigation and diagnosis.
- Experience in Machine build and deployment.
- Troubleshooting knowledge required on operation system (Windows\MAC\IOS).
- Complies with Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) and IT policies.
- Liaises with clients, other IT support groups and 3rd party providers when necessary.
- Performs IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change and Delete).
- Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support.
- Asset management.
- Troubleshoots and resolves PC incidents and/or VIP requests.
- AV support (Meeting \ Conference rooms setup and managing the same).
- Assists with Site Security Officer (SSO) on IT security issues and virus elimination.
- Assists local Server Team when server maintenance is required.
- Local network support and/or assists centralized Network team.
- Special events coverage.
- Creates/maintains SOP documentation.
- Basic knowledge on MDM.

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
