**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in modern trade handling for FMCG/Personal Care brands.
- Strong knowledge of modern retail operations and merchandising.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with sales tracking, reporting, and working on targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage relationships with modern trade partners like Big Bazaar, Reliance Retail, DMart, Spencer’s, etc.
- Negotiate listings, margins, visibility, and marketing activities in-store.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned MT chains and regions.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, fill rates, and planogram compliance.
- Ensure smooth execution of in-store promotions, sampling drives, and branding activations.
- Collaborate with supply chain and distributors for stock planning and timely deliveries.
- Track competition activity, pricing, and shelf share across key outlets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for brand visibility and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
