We have expanded our focus from farmer livelihood development in India by promoting renewable energy solutions, organic farming practices and farmer producer organizations using regenerative agriculture promotion, to upskilling and capacity building, empirical research, policy advocacy and dissemination of information.

Communications executive provides leadership and technical oversight to the communications team for the development of an integrated communications strategy and implementation plans.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- builds relations with various media houses.
- manages PR campaigns to ensure that their employer presents well to the public
- gathers and analyses market research data to create strategies for the marketing or branding of a new product or service
- conducts training sessions for employees on media relations skills so that they can communicate their value to the public more effectively
- creates presentations and speeches geared towards large audiences to gather support for an upcoming event or increase public awareness of important causes
- works with a team from other departments to prepare quarterly and annual reports
- designs publicity campaigns for various products and services
- awareness of the total work environment to improve performance
- exposes employees to new products and ideas through workshops on marketing plans and techniques
- creates, develops or implements computer programs, such as a database or word processor to allow employees to perform job tasks more efficiently

**Skills**
- Master Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing.
- Good command over English & local Languages.
- Strong analytical Skills
- Creativity & Critical Thinking
- 1- 2 yrs of exp in rea of development sector, sustainability, entrepreneurship, incubation, solar power

Tenure
- 1yr ( On evaluation of the performance of work in this period, Organisation may offer a Full Time Job Opportunity )

Monthly Salary
- 15- 25 k

(Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience and last salary drawn)

Open to travel.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
