Job Responsibilities:

- Partner with Lines of Business/Change of Law to assess and facilitate testing changes related to new and updated Federal law, State law, and Agency/Investor regulations
- Ensuring that all processes follow federal, state, and company regulations regarding mortgage lending. This includes adherence to fair lending practices, anti-money laundering regulations, and consumer protection laws.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed.
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, company policies, and best practices in mortgage lending.
- Analyze, interpret, and understand state and regulatory requirements in collaboration with the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Monitor the accuracy of all test scores monthly.
- Providing training to Junior Associates on compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and monitoring to prevent recurrence.
