- 2-5 yrs exp we can take. Any Graduate with B2B Sales Experience.- The position will be on contract for 1 year duration. Post contract period completion, the further decision will be taken basis performance evaluation.- Function : Sales

- Reporting Manager Position Title: Head Business Development (New Products) with dotted linereporting to Team leader.
**Qualifications Required : Graduate/BBA/MBA**
**Minimum Experience: 5 years in B2B sales**
**_Job Responsibilities:_**
- Sales of there brand Products in assigned area as per given targets,
- identifying and appointing distributors in the assigned area/region, appointing, supervising and
- monitoring of sales representatives of each distributors, formalising contracts with institutions
- such as Hotels, Hospitals, corporate offices, Malls, theatres, Facility management companies,
- organising campaigns to promote Powerit products, collection of all due payments and any other
- responsibility assigned by the management.
- 11) Quantifiable Dimensions of Responsibilities: Target Sales, Zero Overdues, No. of distributors
- appointed, No. of contracts done with institution.
- 12) Reason for New Position Creation: New product launched in the market so new team is required.
- 13) Complexities of the position: Challenge is to establish our new product in the market which is
- already having multiple products which are established and have customer loyalty. The position
- requires extensive travelling in the assigned area for generation of sales in the assigned area, good
