**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:

- Provide first-level support for software, and network-related issues.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, and connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance and updates on company hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
- **User Training**:

- Assist users with onboarding and provide training on IT systems and tools.
- Create and update user manuals, guides, and FAQs.
- **Asset Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Assist in the procurement of new IT equipment and software.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday
