**Job Summary**:
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies in the store. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage and issuance of materials, and supporting procurement and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow in the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Verify the quantity and quality of received goods against purchase orders and invoices.
- Properly label and store materials to maintain safety and accessibility.
- Issue materials and supplies to departments based on requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the storage area.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for material requirements and documentation.
- Prepare reports on stock movements, shortages, and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate / Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software preferred).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of storekeeping methods, inventory control, and safety procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
