Tig & Arc Welder

We are a leading sheet metal fabrication company specializing in manufacturing high-quality machinery for the **food and dairy industry**. Our products are designed with precision, hygiene, and durability in mind. We are looking for a skilled and experienced **TIG/ARC Welder** to join our fabrication team and contribute to our growing production operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **TIG and ARC welding** on stainless steel and mild steel components as per drawings and specifications.
- Fabricate, assemble, and finish **machine parts, tanks, vessels, and frames** used in food and dairy equipment.
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols**.
- Ensure high-quality welds that meet **food-grade standards and finish requirements**.
- Operate grinders, cutters, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and test welded joints for accuracy, defects, and finish.
- Maintain tools, welding machines, and workspace in clean, safe condition.
- Work collaboratively with fabrication and assembly teams to meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a **TIG and ARC Welder** in **sheet metal fabrication**.
- Strong knowledge of **stainless steel welding (SS304/SS316)** and thin sheet welding (1mm-5mm).
- Ability to **read and understand fabrication drawings**.
- Experience in **machine fabrication for food/dairy/pharmaceutical industry** preferred.
- Familiarity with **polishing, finishing, and sanitary welding standards** is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail, safety-focused, and ability to work independently or in a team.

**Education**:

- ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical field preferred.
