**Position Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven **Customer Relationship Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for explaining the product’s value, assisting customers in understanding how it can solve their challenges, and scheduling product demos to showcase its capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**ies,: Act as the first point of contact for outbound interactions and inbound inquiries providing clear, concise, and friendly communication to understand customer needs.
- **Product Explanation**: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our product (Behaviour Code) in a way that resonates with customers and helps them understand how it can solve their specific business challenges.
- **Demo Bookings**: Coordinate and schedule product demos for customers, ensuring that the demo experience is seamless, informative, and impactful.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather customer feedback and share it with the team to improve our product offerings and customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, especially in sales or customer support, is a plus.
- A strong understanding of technology products and SaaS is preferred.
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards helping customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
