**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in clients and counsel them.
- Keep track of inquiries, stay in constant touch with them, and convince them to retain our services.
- Coordinate with clients to acquire documents required for the process.
- Process client documents and arrange them in an appropriate method.
- Maintain a log of all activities, report it on daily basis to Toronto head office.
- Communicate with sub-agents, college representatives and other associates on regular basis pertaining to on-going admission process.
- Must be able to learn and resolve issues.
- Must be flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to go extra mile where needed.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least one year of Counsellor or service selling experience preferred.
- Must have team player qualities.
- Excellent communication skills and command over English.
- Independent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss, learn and teach
