Shanker Steels is seeking an Accounts Executive with an experience of at least 4-5 years of Quickbooks, USA Accounting and USA Book-keeping with **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.** As an Executive Accountant, your job role will comprise of working in the liaison with team and clients. The position will also involve delivering first-class service in the preparation of company’s Accounts & Taxes.

**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Good with End-to-end Bookkeeping and accounting journal entries, entries related to bank, income & expenses.
- Generate MIS Reports - AR Aging Analysis, AP Aging Analysis, Custom Reports.
- Detailed review of financial statements.
- Understand customer’s line of business.
- Study processes and suggest improvements.
- Process and Support AR/AP/Bank etc. as and when necessary.
- Assisting Team and Management in system development and its implementation.
- Providing excellent services in all levels of compliance works such as Accounts, and Taxation.
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- 3-4years Bookkeeping experience with working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
- One should have an intermittent to proficient knowledge in Excel.

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
