**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Teach and manage children in the pre-primary section, focusing on basic literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social skills.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that engage children in creative play, hands-on learning, and exploration.
- Incorporate storytelling, art, music, movement, and role-play to create a holistic learning experience.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design lesson plans that align with the school’s early childhood curriculum, ensuring activities are suitable for the age group.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage young learners, including songs, visual aids, interactive games, and sensory materials.
- Encourage problem-solving, language development, and basic mathematical concepts through structured and unstructured play.
- **Child Development and Behavior**:

- Observe and assess the developmental progress of each child, keeping detailed records and identifying areas for additional support.
- Promote positive behavior, manners, and social interaction among children.
- Support the development of fine and gross motor skills through physical activities and play.
- **Student Well-Being**:

- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that is conducive to learning and exploration.
- Attend to the emotional needs of the children, offering encouragement, comfort, and support when needed.
- Ensure the physical well-being of the students by supervising them closely, especially during playtime and outdoor activities.
