Marketing Executive

**Job Title: Marketing Executive - Beauty Care & Personal Care**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Beauty Care & Personal Care industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
