Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with client marketing goals.
- Plan and schedule content calendars across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, WhatsApp, Telegram, and more.
- Write and edit engaging and conversion-focused copy for posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and performance teams to ensure consistency in brand communication.
- Use tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and other advance tools for reporting and data tracking.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains quality standards.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of branding, brand communication, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in writing, engaging and converting copy for diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines implementation and digital marketing workflows.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple brands, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (like Canva) will be considered an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to interpret feedback constructively.
