**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform assembly operations as per work instructions and drawings.
- Handle tools, jigs, and fixtures safely and efficiently.
- Ensure parts and components are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area (5S implementation).
- Support line supervisors and team leaders in achieving daily production targets.
- Identify and report any process or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and company policies during operations.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn new processes.

**Education**:

- ITI / Diploma / 12th / Any Technical Qualification preferred

**Experience**:

- Fresher to 3 years of experience in assembly operations in manufacturing industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
