Destination Store Representative: Roles and Responsibilities

Each day of DSR will be divided into two half’s

Morning-2 Hours (10-12PM)/ Third Half(5-6:30PM)
- Meet and interact with customers, users and influencers walking into the outlet

1. Introduction of Products

2. Demo and Showcasing product videos

3. Sharing pamphlets

4. Collecting and updating in data-base-Use the tablets in DS/Google sheets

a. Active sites: Address

b. Phone numbers

Second Half (1-5PM)
- Follow up on queries assigned by DFAC to DR
- Meeting customers and doing Diagnosis report preparation

a. Tool to be used: M-power

b. DR needs to be prepared and the solution must be explained to the customer.

c. Quotation preparation discussion with destination store

d. Work order collection

e. Audit post work completion

Reporting to: Branch Sales Manager

Tracking mechanism: Monthly deliverables

1. Site visits

2. Customer data base collection

3. User data base collection

4. Site conversions

5. Business value

Post work ownership:
1. Quotation format with written ownership of dealer on post service

2. Who will do what work: Type wise: Who are the contractors, who will take up which type of

work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,086.00 - ₹18,000.64 per month
