Double Edger Operator

Study of the sales order received on the day.
- Segregation and listing of the sales order in terms of orders that will be grinded in manual ,double edger, single edger
- Grinding sequence has to be plan, priority and the completion dates.
- Planning for the required manpower machine wise.
- Receiving the glass and from cutting department.
- Checking the setting of the machine for every change in glass thickness
- Checking the water quality and using water of required quality
- Loading of the glass on the loading conveyor
- Operating the machine
- Unloading the glass from unloading conveyor
- Raising of the requirement immediately
- Stacking of the glass in properly on the trolley and tying with the rope
- Handing over the material to next department
- Strictly following the SOP
