**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions on various têxtile design topics.
- Teach learners the Basic Fundamentals of Textile Designing, ensuring a strong foundation in design principles.
- Provide in-depth training on Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Adobe Illustrator, from basic to advanced levels.
- **Skill Development**:

- Conduct hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations to reinforce learning and skill acquisition.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate learner progress through regular assessments, projects, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to support their continuous improvement.
- **Support and Guidance**:

- Offer individualized support and assistance to learners as needed, addressing any challenges or difficulties they encounter.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to build learner confidence and motivation.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in têxtile design software and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Textile Designer or in a related role.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Confidence in delivering training sessions to diverse groups of learners.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and basic têxtile design principles.
- Passion for education and commitment to learner success.
