**Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Explain project details, pricing, and amenities clearly to clients.
- Generate and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients and close leads.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and reports in CRM software.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Good communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Marathi ).
- Confidence on phone calls with a positive and polite attitude.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
