Customer Care Agent

**Duties**:

- Represent Company as the first point of contact with our customers in relation to service queries, requests and issues
- Gain an understanding of the business purpose and value of the range of services that Company provide to our customers
- Accurately listen to, record and maintain call and work related information in our CRM and other associated business support systems as required
- Look for opportunities to grow the contribution made by this role to the business
- Gain a high level of understanding of Company services and platforms, configure new users and trouble shoot technical issues
- Monitor and trouble shoot file errors, take and report appropriate associated actions
- Provide additional level of support to Premier Managed Service clients

**Key Skills & requirements**:

- Excellent English (written and Conversational)
- Eligible for long term, full-time work in Indian office, Piravom, Ernakulam, Kerala
- Good working knowledge of Windows and Office
- Good ability to work as part of a team
- Good information recording skills (accurately, clearly & concisely)
- Interest in latest software development trends
- Proactive team player with excellent customer facing & overall communication skills
- Punctual and reliable

**Desirable Skills (not essential)**:

- Basic understanding of online services concepts (e.g. how online portals are delivered via the internet)
- Evidence or aptitude for problem solving and taking ownership of issues with determination to follow things through.
- Additional IT or computer courses or modules
- SQL
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science preferred.
- 2+ year experience in similar role - European or US clients preferred

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Piravom, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
