**E-commerce Sales Management**:
1. Drive the targeted revenue across various online marketplaces (B2B & B2C) and monitor it on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
2. Manage listings across all the platforms and make all product listings as informative and appealing as possible
3. Coordinate with internal operations teams for accurate and timely processing and dispatch of all orders and maintain the individual B2B and B2C marketplace SLA.
4. Demand forecasting & indenting for e-commerce order fulfilment ratio enhancement
5. NPDs listing along with pricing & photoshoot across all e-commerce channels
6. Managing warranty claims, order wise reconciliation, and invoice settlement to meet customer expectations and company objectives
7. Ensure timely check of B2C returns, their filing of damage reimbursement claim and SPF payments
8. Courier/Customer return & damage minimization through packaging improvement
**E-commerce Business Development**:
1- Manage account on boarding on new platforms after understanding of their business model and agreement finalization.
2. Cataloguing & content enrichment on new & existing marketplaces
3- Preparation of joint business plan with existing customers for sales and promotion to achieve targeted sales.
4- Coordinate and manage relationships with category manager of all online platforms for extended visibility of brand at portals and getting support on time.
5. Participation in marketplace sale events, deals, discounts
**Content Marketing & E-commerce Promotions**:
1. Long term and mid-term branding & e-commerce marketing strategy formulation and implementation
2. Create sponsored ad campaigns and promotions on all e-commerce channels & other advertising platforms for the brand.
3. Plan and create the launch promotion of NPD/ focussed products during events and BAU.
4. Optimizing the e-commerce & social media promotions through platform-centric strategies.
5. Assisting in concept creation for creatives development related to brand & product promotions
6. Planning & implementation of IT initiatives for streamlining e-commerce operations
**Customer Support**:
1- Ensure timely resolution of all queries raised by BP related to catalogue, payments, orders, returns, etc.
2- Manage and maintain Product Reviews/Ratings and customer queries on all accounts.
3- Manage customer warranty of online customers.
**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
