Site Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role acts as the main point of contact between workers, subcontractors, and project managers, maintaining efficient operations and compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and materials.
- Enforce health and safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Resolve issues or conflicts on-site promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, inspections, and delivery logs.
- Assist with planning work schedules and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in construction management or related field is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for site visits).

**Work Conditions**:

- Primarily on-site role; may require travel between sites.
- Exposure to outdoor elements and construction-related hazards.
- May involve overtime or weekend work depending on project timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
