We are looking for a motivated Sales Partner to join our property sales team. If you don’t have capital to invest but are driven to earn high commissions by closing deals, this is an excellent opportunity. You will earn attractive commissions on each property sold — typically **₹50,000 up to ₹2,00,000 per sale**, depending on the product and the value you bring to the client.
What we provide
- **Daily quality leads & contact numbers** — you will receive fresh contact lists every day to call and convert.
- **Full sales training** — step-by-step training on calling techniques, property features, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- **Hands-on support** — I (the owner/manager) will personally assist you to close deals, join important calls or meetings, and coach you until you succeed.
- **Product knowledge and marketing material** — brochures, scripts, and talking points for each property/product you sell.
What you’ll do
- Call assigned leads daily and follow up until conclusion.
- Present property features, benefits, pricing and offers clearly to potential buyers.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms professionally.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and documentation with the team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status regularly.
- Close sales and ensure a smooth handover to operations/legal teams.
Who we want
- Confident communicator with good telephone skills.
- Result-driven, persistent, and honest.
- Previous experience in sales (real estate preferred) is a plus but not mandatory — we will train you.
- Comfortable working on commission and motivated by high-earning potential.
- Able to follow scripts and feedback, and to adapt quickly.
