**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Clinic Management Responsibilities**:

- Oversee administrative, operational, and technical functioning of the center.
- Act as a liaison between the center and corporate office for smooth communication and policy implementation.
- Review appointment planner and client follow-up systems to ensure high service standards and retention.
- Set realistic daily sales targets for staff and monitor individual and center performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and identify skill gaps for R&D training inputs.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and service quality standards at all times.
- Handle client grievances, escalations, and VIP/Doctor clients personally where needed.
- Submit regular reports on operational issues, actions taken, and improvements required.
- Assist in new center setups including floor plans, inventory, and equipment finalization.

**Ayurveda Therapist/Doctor Responsibilities**:

- Perform Ayurveda-based therapies and treatments as per center manager’s guidance and SOPs.
- Coordinate therapy room readiness, including hygiene, inventory, and treatment setups.
- Interact with guests regarding wellness goals, explain therapies/packages, and provide a personalized experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and bathrooms, manage laundry, and organize product inventory.
- Support guests with therapy planning, schedule management, and follow-up guidance.
- Assist in grooming and mentoring junior therapists.
- **Qualification**: Certified Ayurveda Therapist or BAMS/Equivalent Ayurveda Degree
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in the wellness/ayurveda/aesthetics industry with team management exposure
- **Skills**: Center operations, therapy execution, customer service, team handling, sales monitoring
- Must be willing to perform both clinical and operational responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
